Due to continued growth and expansion we are adding to our team at Amity Law & Smoove and have a permanent opportunity for a Qualified Residential Conveyancer. The role can be based at our offices in Horwich, however, equally happy to consider Hybrid or fully remote applicants, ideally full time but will also consider part time applicants.

Main responsibilities:

To handle a full and varied caseload of around 50-60 Conveyancing matters, including Sale & Purchase, Leasehold and Freehold.

Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills:

• Legally qualified in conveyancing, ideally 4yrs PQE as Solicitor/CLC Licensed Conveyancer/CILEX but will consider less PQE with strong fee earning knowledge and experience.
• Demonstrates a clear understand and experience of all Conveyancing matters and processes
• Utilises a clear escalation route to the line manager to sense check any concerns.
• IT literate, with experience of using legal systems required to enhance business performance and meet client expectations.
• Clear and professional approach to handling workloads.
• Team ethos and mindset
• Ability to prioritise tasks and be personally organised
• High level of experience in effective communication skills with clients and customers

Salary: £35,000-£50,000 DOE + Bonus
