A fantastic opportunity to join our team at Amity Law as we have a permanent opportunity for a Conveyancing Supervisor to support our increasing portfolio of Consultant Conveyancers. We have a flexible hybrid working model and happy to consider remote working for the ideal candidate, role will be full time position.
Main responsibilities:
To supervise, audit and collaborate with a team of self-employed Consultants. Demonstrates high performance, accuracy, attention to detail and a clear understanding of requirements. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team or on their own working to deadlines producing high quality work and support to the business.
Key Experience, Knowledge & Skills:
- Legally qualified in conveyancing or qualified by experience.
- Demonstrates an understanding of key legal terminology in key areas. Is able to effectively monitor, supervise and audit legal performance.
- Exceptional communication skills
- Utilises a clear escalation route to the line manager to sense check any concerns.
- IT literate, with experience of using legal systems required to enhance business performance and meet client expectations.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Clear and professional approach to handling workloads.
- Highly motivated and energetic.
- High levels of personal organisation and prioritisation skills.
- Demonstrates confidence and communicates well at all levels.
- Clear thinker with excellent attention to detail.
Salary: £35,000-£40,000 DOE
25 days annual leave
