Role overview:
We are looking for a talented, solution focused Salesforce Administrator to help us to deliver best in class solutions on the Salesforce platform. In this role you will have the opportunity to be responsible for development, configuration and maintenance across our Sales, Service & Marketing Clouds. Collaborating with our business users and stakeholders you will be able to showcase your prior experience to identify business needs, gather requirements and optimise the platform.
Main responsibilities:
- Seek out ways to configure and maintain the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements.
- Make best-practice recommendations to support the Organisation in optimising Salesforce usage.
- Support of Salesforce BAU, case management, bug fixing and troubleshooting.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, security and data access.
- Create and maintain custom fields, objects and flows.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards and other analytics.
- Internal stakeholder management for ongoing projects.
- Build documentation for all Salesforce and third party processes.
- Deliver training to Salesforce users across the Organisation.
Skills/Experience required:
- ADM201, one other Salesforce certification and/or relevant Trailhead track record
- More than 2 years of Salesforce Admin experience
- Solid understanding of Salesforce organisation administration and declarative development
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Basic understanding of Salesforce Architecture
- Experience with 3rd party apps
- Be familiar with agile software development lifecycle and methodology.
- Release Management exposure in past roles.
- Useful to have experience using Copado.
- Ability to adapt to a fast paced continually changing business and work environment while managing multiple priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
- Advantageous to have experience with Jira and Confluence.
