Role overview:
We are looking for a talented and creative salesforce professional to help us to deliver best in class processes and solutions, based on the Salesforce platform. This will be a hybrid role primarily delivering Salesforce Administration as part of the team supporting Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud but also developing some functionality to integrate with existing market leading Azure cloud applications.
- Ownership of all technical aspects of Salesforce.com, including data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, AppExchange products, and custom code
- Responsible for developing in Visualforce and Apex to build customised solutions that support our business requirements
- Utilising industry best practices including integration and application development, deployment, testing (unit and systems), and iterative refinement
- Seek out ways to utilise SFDC to improve processes and productivity, and make recommendations to support the organisation.
Skills/Experience required:
- Bachelor's degree in a Computer Science related subject or equivalent business experience.
- ADM201 / other Salesforce certification and/or relevant Trailhead track record
- Certified Salesforce.com development experience (i.e. Platform Developer 1)
- More than 2 years of Salesforce Admin experience
- Solid understanding of Salesforce organisation administration and declarative development
- Good command of SOQL
- Solid understanding and comprehensive experience implementing the Salesforce.com architecture, APIs and Processes
- Developing custom objects and workflow business rules, including Process Builder
- Experience with Lightning component framework , writing Visualforce and Apex classes and triggers
- Experience integrating Salesforce.com with other applications via real-time, batch, sync/async (scripted data loader, web services, cloud middleware)
- Familiar with agile software development lifecycle
- Release Management exposure in past roles, useful to have experience using Copado
- Strong property / conveyancing background would be highly desirable
- Able to work in a team and produce quality output under tight deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong attention to detail
